For care, always check the label on each item. Generally, we recommend a cold wash, gentle cycle, and absolutely no tumble drying. Hang dry your clothes, and they’ll thank you (Mother Earth will, too).

For our community in the UK, Germany, Italy, Spain and France - We offer free shipping on orders over £200. Our Standard shipping rate on all orders under £200 is £10.00 and Express shipping is £14.95.

Please note: upgrading to Express Postage expedites the shipping time after your order leaves us, however, orders are still processed and packed in order of when the order was placed. If you're in a particular rush, please let us know and we will do our best to help speed things up!

Is your SMWR. order not quite what you had in mind? That's okay! We can organise either an exchange or refund for you, just a few things to note:

• Items purchased that are not marked as final sale and are discounted less than 30%, can be exchanged or returned within 30 days from delivery, providing the exchanged/ returned items are in unworn, saleable condition with packaging and tags attached
• Items discounted 30% or more can be returned for store credit only
